Attention Town of Havana businesses:
Havana Volunteer Fire Department is requesting that all businesses complete a Pre-Incident Survey and return it to Town Hall 711 N. Main Street Havana FL 32333. The form can be downloaded from our website on the Fire Department page or requested via email. It provides critical information to our fire fighters so that they can provide a better, quicker and safer response. Fire fighters are glad to assist business owners with completion of the survey if needed. Please email any questions/concerns to [email protected].
