Electric Utilities
The Town of Havana takes great pride in being able to provide safe, reliable, affordable electricity to our community. If you experience an power outage, contact Town Hall during business hours at 850-539-2820 or call Havana Police Department after hours at 850-539-2800.
Call Sunshine 811 before you dig:
Installing a fence or mailbox, starting a garden or building a deck, all require a call to Sunshine 811 at least two full business days before you begin digging to get public facilities marked and located. In fact, it’s the law.
Sunshine 811 notifies its member utility companies to mark their underground facilities where you plan to dig. Sunshine 811 does not locate or mark underground facilities. This is done by the member utility companies or their locators.
Call Sunshine 811 at 811 or (800) 432-4770 and select option 1, or submit a ticket online here.
Solar Customers
The Town of Havana does not endorse nor is it affiliated with any solar installation company. Solar customers must complete an application for interconnection, available below, before solar panels can be installed. Please contact Town Hall for more information.
